6. Returns and Refunds
   If you receive a defective or non-functioning product, you have 24 hours from receipt to notify us and request a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of use.
7. Use of Discount Coupons
   Discount coupons must be used before the indicated expiration date. It is not possible to combine multiple coupons in a single purchase. Additionally, coupons do not apply to Packs or Combos.

To initiate a return:

3. Ensure that the products are returned in their original condition and include all relevant information in the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
